At the beginning or his career, Josh turned down an offer from Deloitte to join a regional CPA firm to focus on SMBs. While there he focused on Assurance and Tax solutions for companies between $1M - $250M.
Leveraging that foundation, Josh became the Corporate Controller for a multi-billion-dollar dealership, overseeing 31 entities and 11 local controllers.
His strategic impact led to an opportunity as CFO for a Columbus-based ESOP company. He was instrumental in turning a company facing million-dollar annual losses into a consistently profitable enterprise.
From there, Josh built a company rooted in relationships—delivering best in class accounting and finance solutions tailored to SMBs.
